TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF www.urok.tv
These Terms and Conditions together with the Terms and Conditions for use of The Members Lounge and Forums and the Big Picture Management Pty Limited Privacy Statement outline our policies with respect to your rights vis a vis those of urok.tv.
PRODUCT AND SERVICE QUALITY
We take reasonable steps to ensure the bona fides of all of our Alliance Partners and Supplier Affiliates and undertake appropriate due diligence processes as a rigour of the selection processes. However we cannot accept liability or responsibility for any injury or loss you may incur as a result of transacting with a third party provider irrespective of whether or not they appear on urok.tv as official partners. You are advised to perform your own due diligence when contracting the services of a third party provider and to exercise a level of discernment when purchasing the products of any third party provider.
All product warranties and guarantees are provided by the manufacturer or producer of the product or service specified in the offer of warranty or guarantee as outlined in the product or service marketing material and/or packaging. Any and all claims of proof or evidence of promoted benefits of use are provided by the product or service distributor as known to urok.tv. urok.tv does not personally warrant any good or service unless expressly implied as a result of the product or service being manufactured or produced by urok.tv itself. You are advised to deal direct with the manufacturer or producer in cases where goods or services are faulty and covered by an assurance of quality or warranty.
We invite you to advise urok.tv of any and all goods and services procured through the website that do not meet with your satisfaction so that we can monitor the quality of the offerings and manage our partners more closely. You may be assured that repeated incidents of faulty good or service provision will precipitate a review of the ongoing suitability of the supplier affiliate or alliance partner as an official provider to urok.tv
E-COMMERCE SECURITY
We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of the information on the urok.tv website and have in place the appropriate security certificates and third party provider agreements to facilitate secure internet shopping. However, credit card and identity theft are known challenges in e-commerce and you should be careful not to reveal your details to anyone by email or by invitation. You can be assured that we do not store your credit card details and you can refer to our Privacy Statement for more details on how we protect your rights.
Every effort is made to protect both your privacy and personal details at all times. However, we can not take responsibility or accept liability for theft, fraud or any grief or loss that you may experience as a result of your membership and/or patronage/custom of the urok.tv website.
EDUCATION NOT ADVICE
At no time, does the information appearing on the urok.tv website constitute legal, financial, professional or medical advice unless expressly provided as a result of the qualifications and professional authorities of the author of the works. You are advised that all of the information, products and services provided here-in are of a purely educational and entertainment nature only. At no time do we accept liability or responsibility for actions taken by you subsequent to information provided to you through the urok.tv website or official communications.
Any claims of proven benefits of specific products or services are provided by the manufacturer or producer of that product or service. uROk.tv takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information and promotional material appearing on the website but cannot accept liability or responsibility for any falsehoods on behalf of third parties or errors or omissions on the website.
OTHER COSTS AND CHARGES
Postage and Handling will be charged at the rate specified on the product description page for each individual product except where multiple items are ordered but will be capped at $25 for all Australian Orders. International rates subject to current FedEx Rates plus 15% handling charge.
This is a promotional offer to members and visitors of www.urok.tv and does not constitute a formal lottery or an offer or solicitation to the general public to participate or to submit entries excepting those persons researching the features and benefits with a view to, or, purchasing a membership to the www.urok.tv Trial and Foundation Membership Programmes.
The offer is subject to all other terms and conditions of use of www.urok.tv.
Only one entry per email address will be accepted. Entries for the Free Upgrades weekly prize draws will only be considered valid after the visitor has validated their trial membership with the code provided. Entries for the Major Prize Draw will only be considered valid where the Foundation Membership is current on the day of the draw and where the Foundation Member has completed at least 1 Personal Wheel Inventory in the www.urok.tv Members Lounge Take Personal Wheel Inventory facility.
Winners will be determined by random draw as follows:
FREE UPGRADES
Each week for ten weeks commencing 9th August and concluding 25 November 2004, Big Picture Management will run a report of those email addresses which have signed up as Free Trial Members to www.urok.tv for that calendar week.
By random draw one email address will be selected and awarded a free upgrade to a 12-month uROk Foundation Membership and the recipient will be advised accordingly to the email address provided.
MAJOR PRIZE
At the conclusion of the promotional offer being 25 November 2004 or on a subsequent date as determined by Big Picture Management but no later than one month after the official closing date of 25 November 2004, Big Picture Management will run a report of those email addresses having upgraded to or purchased outright a 12-month uROk Foundation Membership to www.urok.tv up until and including those Foundation Members with a validated membership as at 5pm on the day of the close of the promotion period being 25 November 2004 at the latest.
By random draw one email address will be selected from this report and awarded the Major Prize Draw of a uROk Shopping Voucher valued at $250.00. The winner will be notified accordingly and announced in the next edition of the reconnect e-mag.
Winners will be selected by random draw by Directors of Big Picture Management Pty Limited. Judges decisions are final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
