I was recommended to join WBCA by a former employer. I hadn’t been in Australia long (I emigrated from the UK in 2003) and found the organisation to be a huge resource for information and networking. The members are a great resource of information and I have utilised many of their services over the years. Unfortunately, running 2 businesses limits the time I have to attend all of the events that the girls organise, however, the conferences and dinners I have attended have been first class. I would recommend WBCA to anyone who runs their own business not only for the business contacts but for the social aspect as well.
