What a start to the year! I can’t believe we’re already mid way through February and if the current pace remains consistent, I’ll be saying “Hello 2011” before I know it. The energy seems to have shifted dramatically from the ups and downs of 2009 and I’m rapt to hear about all of your successes. Keep those emails coming!

As for us here at urok.tv, we’re kicking off the next worldwide group uROk 33 Day Challenge on Monday 8 March 2010. I know there are already some satellite groups out there doing the group thing having started in January and February and I’m thrilled by how many of you are now organising your own groups to support and motivate each other.

On another note, we’ve got some really exciting stuff ready to roll out over 2010. Our uROk Asia tour is in the final stages of planning so if you’re over in that part of the world stay tuned for venue and date announcements for the second half of the year. Our new interview series is in the filming and it’s already rocking! We’re currently shooting interviews on the Gold Coast with our Sydney gigs lined up for next week. I’ll then take a bit of a break from filming to get into the editing; ready to release the first round of interviews for your viewing pleasure within the next few weeks. March/April will see us off to other parts of Australia and New Zealand and then off to Asia by May/June. All in all, we’re set for a truly international flavour with some gold advice and information on how to Dream Your Life, Live Your Dream and make 2010 your most spectacular year yet.

And as if we didn’t have enough on the go already, by popular demand I’ve scoped out the format for my next book. Thanks to all your feedback, questions and suggestions, ‘uROk My Life’ is formally in incubation and I’m working hard to get it finished before the year is out. Finally, we’re down to a short list of fabulous venues for the new uROk VIP Retreats and once they are locked in, we’ll be revealing details of how to apply to participate. As most of you know, I designed uROk 33 Day Challenge as a DIY life coaching tool that pretty much anyone can afford. That said, I’m getting so many requests to do live events again that I’ve decided to bite the bullet and create the residential workshops ala the ones we’ve done in past years. The retreats are intimate yet intense events where everyone gets one-on-one time with me and together we co-create a supportive, motivating and inspirational space. Getting to the next level of your dream life will be a no-brainer after attending one of these! But, and there’s always a ‘but’ I’ll only be doing 4 of these a year, each of which will be in a different part of the world.
