Albeit a quick one today, I just had to get this up to share it with you. I've laughed several times and I hope it gives you a chuckle too. The guy who pipes up at the end is pure gold!

I had a ball presenting at Commando Steve's Binna Burra Bootcamp. I arrived mid way through and participants were still in fine spirits if not a little tired and sore in bodies. I knew they had been covering motivation and goal setting as part of their physical training with Commando Steve so I decided to share a little bit about the Greater You with the bootcampers.  To foster understanding that we are far more than just our bodies and to illustrate how you can put 'all of you' to work in dreaming your best ever life and then going on to actually live that dream. We covered: everything being energy, how thought becomes form, how we can use our 'Greater You' human energy field levels to get closer to our real selves, and; how to use powerful language to create affirmations with meaning and depth. It was a great session with a great audience and in this little snippet we're talking about how thoughts create reality when one guy pipes up and just steals the show.

I hope you like it and it brings a smile to your day. More importantly, I hope it reminds you of just how powerful you really are!
